NITA provides free after-sale services and maintenance within the warranty period specified in the delivery contract.

After the warranty period is over NITA provides maintenance and repair, refinements, training, consulting, and software upgrade on a contractual basis. 

The products are updated according to the update bulletins issued, if necessary, to improve software functionalities and to replace hardware with up-to-date one.

After-warranty service may be performed on one-time requests and for the subscribers. The subscriber service provides the customer with connection to new data sources, line preventive maintenance, workstation configuration changes, refinements when changing operational ATC procedures, data formats, airspace structure, etc.

NITA is interested in continuous improvement and enhancement of the products, and will therefore appreciate any comments and wishes of the customers while developing new releases of software and products.
